From the meeting to the CRM, on one phone

SEL XP does the whole job of a lead met face to face, on a customer's site or on an exhibition stand: capturing it, qualifying it, following up, handing it to the right person and getting it into the CRM. This is the journey, in the order your team will use it.

Sales rep · phone

Capture a lead in about 30 seconds

From opening the app to a qualified lead with the follow-up sent, before the meeting is over.

Scan, check, qualify, send

One screen does the work. Photograph the card and the form fills in as the reading arrives. Tap what they asked about and when they need it. Save and follow up.

  • A card, a QR code, a badge or a quick note
  • Fields read without confidence are marked
  • Batch scan a stack after a busy hour

Say how you met, and be asked the right questions

A lead that is not from an event says how you met: a site visit, a client meeting, a daily sales visit, a referral or a card exchange. Your admin can give each its own form, so a rep on a customer's site is asked what matters there.

  • Your own questions, some of them required
  • A number you ask for can add to the score
  • An exhibition can have a form of its own
For field sales teams

Offline is normal, never an error

Plant rooms, basements and exhibition halls have no signal. Everything you capture is saved and encrypted on the phone and sends itself when the signal returns, even after you close the app.

  • Leads, voice notes, tasks and check-outs all queue
  • Today, Leads and Tasks open with no signal
  • Each item is stored once, even if it is sent twice

Arabic is a first language, not a translation

The whole app runs in Arabic, right to left. Cards are read in both scripts, a name is kept in Arabic and Latin letters side by side, and each person picks their own language.

  • Right-to-left screens throughout
  • Follow-up wording in English and Arabic
  • Switch language at any time

While you capture

Know who you met, and how much they matter

Two things a pile of cards never tells you: whether a colleague already knows this person, and which of today's 60 conversations to call first.

Two colleagues, one customer

While you type, the app checks your whole workspace and your CRM for the same person. You see who met them, where, and what is open. Nothing you captured is lost: you choose where it goes.

  • Works across every company in a group
  • The first owner is told you met their contact
  • A separate lead needs a reason, and is audited

A score that explains itself

Each answer adds points: an active requirement, a decision maker, a purchase within 30 days, a request for a quotation. Hot, warm and cold follow from the total, and the lead's profile shows which rules fired.

  • Hot at 80 and over, warm from 50
  • The same score on the phone and the server
  • Managers see why, not just how much

Before you leave the meeting

Follow up while they still remember you

The follow-up is part of the capture, not a job for the end of the week.

Email, WhatsApp and a page of their own

The email uses your company's approved wording in English or Arabic. WhatsApp opens with the message ready. Catalogues go as a link to the visitor's own page, picked from what they asked about.

  • Delivered, bounced or marked as spam: it shows on the lead
  • The visitor's page notes when it is first opened
  • A reminder after a day, the manager after two

No retyping

In the CRM before you reach the car park

Saving a lead queues it for your CRM. It arrives within about a minute, in order, with its history and its next task.

Company, contact, lead, history

Odoo is the first connector: leads, contacts and companies, the history in the chatter, the next task as a to-do for the right user, and the event as the campaign. Zoho CRM is next.

  • Nothing is created twice
  • Failed pushes are retried, then listed for a person
  • Each company in a group can have its own CRM

See the field while the day is still on

The numbers your reps create are yours as they happen: by team, by person, by event and by how the leads were met.

Assign, nudge, move on

My team shows today's leads, hot leads nobody has followed up and who has checked in. Hand leads to a person or split them across a team, and take it back within two minutes if you change your mind.

  • Each lead goes to whoever has the fewest open
  • The new owner is told, in their language
  • Open tasks move with the lead

No paper needed

A card that brings the lead back

For the person who would rather scan than swap paper.

Two phones, one scan

Every rep has a company-branded card with a QR. The visitor saves your contact, opens your catalogues and shares their own details back. Those arrive as a lead with the consent they gave.

  • The QR still works with no signal
  • Nothing for the visitor to install
  • A card for each company you sell for

Optional add-on

Field Presence: check in, check out, no tracking

For teams that need to know which customer visits happened, and how long each took.

One reading per tap. Nothing in between.

Location is read once at check-in and once at check-out, with the app open. A check-in is never blocked for missing location: it is flagged for the manager instead.

  • Shifts on the stand and visits to customer sites
  • Works offline, with the phone's own time
  • The rep sees what the manager sees

Questions

What people ask about SEL XP

What is SEL XP?

SEL XP is a lead capture and follow-up app for sales teams in the Gulf that sell face to face: on customer sites, on daily sales rounds and at exhibitions. Reps scan business cards in Arabic and English or note a lead in seconds, qualify it and send the follow-up by email or WhatsApp. The lead syncs to the CRM, and managers see the results live.

Is it only for exhibitions?

No. A lead does not need an event. The rep chooses how they met the person, such as a site visit, a client meeting or a daily sales visit, and everything else works the same. Exhibitions add tools of their own: targets for the show, the stand team and the event's own catalogues and wording.

What is a field sales app?

A field sales app is software a sales rep uses on a phone while visiting customers. It records who they met, what was discussed and what happens next, and passes that to the company's CRM. SEL XP does this for site visits, client meetings and daily sales rounds, and adds follow-up by email and WhatsApp.

What is exhibition lead capture?

Exhibition lead capture is the job of recording who visited your stand, what they asked about and what should happen next, in a form your sales team can act on. Done well, each visitor becomes a qualified lead in the CRM with a follow-up already sent, rather than a business card in a pocket.

How is it different from a business card scanner app?

A card scanner stops at the contact. SEL XP carries on: it qualifies and scores the lead, warns you if a colleague has already met the person, sends the follow-up with the right catalogue, sets the next task, syncs to your CRM and shows managers every team and rep live.

Do I still need the organiser's badge scanner?

Often not. An organiser's lead retrieval app works at that one show and hands you a spreadsheet afterwards. SEL XP works at every show and on customer visits, reads business cards and open QR codes, and follows up at once. If an organiser encrypts its badges, only its own app can decode them, so some teams keep both at those shows.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Leads, voice notes, tasks and check-ins are saved and encrypted on the phone and sent when the signal returns. The Today, Leads and Tasks screens open with no signal. Reading a card with AI and sending an email need a connection, so those happen as soon as the phone is back online.

Which languages does it support?

The app runs in English and in Arabic, with right-to-left screens, and each person chooses their own language. Cards are read in both scripts, names are kept in Arabic and Latin letters, and follow-up messages have an English and an Arabic version.
