GITEX GLOBAL 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026: a one-day summit at Dubai World Trade Centre, then the exhibition at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai.

GITEX GLOBAL runs in Dubai from 7 to 11 December 2026, and its exhibition moves from Dubai World Trade Centre to Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. The show has been held in October until now.
The event is split across two venues, according to the organiser. A one-day GITEX Summit stays at Dubai World Trade Centre, and the four-day exhibition follows at Expo City Dubai. Expand North Star, the startup and investor show held with it, also moves to Expo City Dubai, from Dubai Harbour.
When is GITEX GLOBAL 2026?
GITEX GLOBAL 2026 runs from 7 to 11 December 2026. The one-day GITEX Summit is on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre. The exhibition runs from 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. Expand North Star runs at the same Expo City venue from 8 to 10 December.

What each part covers
The summit is a one-day programme on AI and the intelligent economy. The exhibition that follows brings together exhibitors, government entities, technology executives, startups and investors. Expand North Star is for founders, venture investors and corporate innovation teams.
Who organises GITEX GLOBAL?
Dubai World Trade Centre organises both shows. Informa and Dubai World Trade Centre are bringing their business events together in a Dubai-based partnership called inD, according to an Informa press release of 16 April 2026.
How large was the last edition?
The organiser’s closing release for the 2025 edition, dated 17 October 2025, lists 6,800 tech enterprises, 2,000 startups, 1,200 investors and 180 nations. For Expand North Star, the organiser says the 2025 edition had 2,050 exhibiting startups from 96 countries and more than 1,300 investors.
Other Dubai shows moving to Expo City
Other shows move to Dubai Exhibition Centre this year too, according to their organisers. They include CABSAT, from 5 to 7 October 2026, and Automechanika Dubai, from 10 to 12 November 2026. GISEC Global is listed there for 4 to 6 May 2027.
